My background is in the construction industry. I am a Qualified Carpenter, trained many years ago when I went through a 4-year carpenter apprenticeship program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I’ve been working as a carpenter for 17 years. From those years, I obtained an excellent understanding of structural design, construction details, process, time and price. Using that experience and knowledge, I’ve now shifted my focus to architectural design work. From the summer of 2020 to now, I'm pleased to be also working for www.dchawaii.com as part of there drafting teem, creating construction documents.
I’m passionate about smart, economical and functional design. With planning, I understand the importance of designing and building something that works without any serious complications.
